§ 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The www.alexengineering.pl online store operates in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Terms and Conditions specify the terms of entering into and terminating Product Sales Agreements, complaint procedures, and the types and scope of services provided electronically by the www.alexengineering.pl Store, along with the conditions for entering into and terminating electronic service agreements.
- By using the Electronic Services of the Store www.alexengineering.pl, each Service Recipient is required to adhere to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Polish law, including but not limited to:
- The Act on Electronic Services of 18 July 2002,
- The Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014,
- The Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes of 23 September 2016,
- The Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964.
§ 2
DEFINITIONS
- ORDER FORM – a form available on www.alexengineering.pl enabling an Order to be placed.
- CLIENT – a Service Recipient intending to enter into or has entered into a Sales Agreement with the Seller.
- CONSUMER – an individual entering into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to their business or professional activities.
- ENTREPRENEUR – an individual, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, granted legal capacity by law, conducting business or professional activities in their own name.
- PRODUCT – a tangible item available in the Store that is the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Client and the Seller.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these terms and conditions of the Store.
- STORE – the online store operated by the Service Provider at www.alexengineering.pl.

- SALES AGREEMENT – a Product Sales Agreement entered into between the Client and the Seller via the Store.
- ORDER – a declaration of the Client's will to enter into a Sales Agreement for the Product with the Seller.
- PRICE – the amount in currency the Client is obligated to pay the Seller for the Product.
§ 3
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ORDERING
- The www.alexengineering.pl Store sells Products via the Internet.
- Products offered in the Store are new, compliant with the agreement, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.
- Information on the Store’s website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law. By placing an Order, the Client submits an offer to purchase a specified Product under the terms outlined in its description.
- The Product Prices displayed in the Store are primarily shown in Polish zloty (PLN).
For the convenience of Clients, the Store may also allow the display of Product Prices in other currencies, including EUR and USD.
Currency conversion is for informational purposes only, and the final transaction amount may depend on the exchange rate applied by the payment service provider or the Client’s bank. - For orders delivered outside the European Union, the Product Price is reduced by the applicable Polish VAT rate (23%).
Such sales are treated as exports and are not subject to Polish VAT. - Delivery costs are not included in the Product Price and are displayed during checkout based on the delivery location.
- Orders can be placed through the website using the Order Form (www.alexengineering.pl) 24 hours a day, year-round.
- To place an Order, the Client must review and accept the Terms and Conditions during the ordering process.
§ 4
CONCLUSION OF A SALES AGREEMENT
- To conclude a Sales Agreement, the Client must place an Order as specified in § 3, points 5 and 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
- Upon placing an Order, the Seller promptly confirms its receipt.
- The Client is bound by their Order once it has been confirmed as received by the Seller via email.
- The Order confirmation includes:
- all key elements of the Order,
- a withdrawal form,
- these Terms and Conditions, including information on the right to withdraw from the contract.
- Upon the Client's receipt of the email specified in point 4, the Sales Agreement between the Client and the Seller is deemed concluded.
- Each Sales Agreement is confirmed with a purchase document attached to the Product.
§ 5
PAYMENT METHODS
- The Seller provides the following payment methods:
- traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s account,
- electronic payment system.
- In the case of traditional bank transfers, payment should be made to the following bank account: 63 1870 1045 2078 1081 4731 0001 (NestBank S.A.). The payment title should include “Order No. …”.
- For electronic payments, the Client completes payment before the Order is processed. The electronic system supports credit cards and instant bank transfers from select Polish banks.
- The Client must pay the Sale Price within 3 business days of concluding the Sales Agreement, unless stated otherwise.
- The Product will only be shipped after payment has been received.
§ 6
PRODUCT DELIVERY COSTS, TIME, AND METHODS
- The delivery costs, borne by the Client, are determined during the Order placement process.
- Delivery time consists of the Product’s preparation and carrier transit time:
- Product preparation time is up to 3 business days,
- Carrier delivery of tangible items is within up to 5 business days from dispatch (delivery only on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
- Purchased Products are shipped within Poland via InPost, within the European Union via DPD or FedEx, and internationally outside the European Union in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- For deliveries outside the European Union, shipments are made in accordance with Incoterms® DAP (Delivered At Place).
This means that the Seller is responsible for delivering the Product to the destination country, while all local taxes, customs duties, import fees, and any customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Seller has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.
§ 7
Returns, Warranty & Complaints
- Returns:
- Consumers may return products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels and accessories.
- To return, email kontakt@alexengineering.pl for an RMA number and ship to:

2. Warranty:
- All products have a 12-month warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
- Does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or modifications.
- Submit claims via email kontakt@alexengineering.pl or phone +48 789569429.
- Accepted claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded; shipping for defective items is covered by the Seller.
3. Complaints:
- Report defects or non-compliance via email or phone.
- Response time: within 14 days.
- Remedies: repair, replacement, refund, or partial price reduction.
- For international orders, import duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
§ 8
OUT-OF-COURT COMPLAINT AND REDRESS METHODS
- Detailed information on the possibility for the Client who is a Consumer to use out-of-court complaint and redress methods, as well as the rules governing access to these procedures, are available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: http://www.uokik.gov.pl.
- The Consumer may utilize the following methods of out-of-court complaint and redress:
- Mediation proceedings – the Consumer may request the initiation of mediation to resolve the dispute amicably with the Seller.
- Arbitration Court – the Consumer may also apply to a permanent consumer arbitration court, operating with the relevant Regional Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, for a resolution of the dispute.
- Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform – The Consumer has the option to submit a complaint via the EU ODR platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
§ 9
PERSONAL DATA IN THE ONLINE STORE
- The Client's personal data provided during the ordering process in the Store www.alexengineering.pl is processed by the Seller solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and to enable the Client to exercise their rights related to the concluded Sales Agreement.
- The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, it is required for the performance of the Sales Agreement.
- The Client has the right to access their personal data, correct it, request its deletion, and limit its processing. Detailed information on personal data processing is available in the Store's Privacy Policy.
- The Client may consent to receive commercial information electronically from the Store.
§ 10
FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, including changes in law, modifications to payment and delivery methods, or technological advancements in the Store's operations. The Client will be informed of any changes at least 7 days in advance through a notice on the Store’s website.
- Any changes to the Terms and Conditions do not affect Orders placed before the effective date of the amendments.
- In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the applicable provisions of Polish law apply.
- Any disputes arising between the Seller and a Client who is a Consumer shall be resolved through negotiation in the first instance, with the intention of settling the dispute amicably.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the appropriate court for jurisdiction.
