The product, the packaging and the instructions are perfect! For me was an “half day job”, nothing too difficult, you just have to proceed slowly following word by word the instructions (with pictures!!). The cruise control is working perfectly, it was the one thing that my NC was missing… very useful if you do a lot of highway driving! Please Alex, continue to engineer nice products for the NC as this one… you now have loyal customer for the future!
Thanks again
Giorgio

Good quality set, relatively easy to instal, but I managed to mess something up along the way (plastic cover for the missing pins broke). Alex gave me some useful tips on how to get them out and it worked in the end. Gotta say that it is good value for the money.

A very positive experience overall!
The retrofit Cruise Control works perfectly with my MX-5 NC. I have a 2005 Launch Edition with almost all features, but missing the CC. The printed instructions supplied were a bit hard to read, but the electronic version (which I requested separately) was very clear. Everything worked flawlessly without any issues or need for additional tuning.
I also installed a new steering wheel during the process, which included the CC buttons my MX-5 LE was missing.
Communication with Alex was excellent.
Highly recommended!!

Quality package and a good communication. Contains also a downloadable installation guide.
Main thing is that it ...and i didn't want to believe it.... works ! Flawlessly on my MX5 NC1 Niseko 2.0.
It was my first bigger change so it took me 6 hrs - with troubleshooting (didn't work for the first time) a help. Now, I could do it in 2 or less.
As I wrote to Alex, there is a small part in the documentation which might be misleading for someone. The pin schema is not shown from the front, but from the back.
Well, the course of steps should be logical from previous install points, but if you go 'strictly' as I did, you might experience funny ECU error codes on OBD2 😀
